Electronic EOB FAQ

Q. Can each of my dependents have their own account to view their EOBs?

A. Yes, each member can have their own individual account.

Q. What if I have a dependent that gets their EOB statements at a different address?

A. Dependents with an alternate address can choose to receive their EOBs by mail at the alternate address or they can create an account to start receiving electronically.

Q. How long does an e-EOB remain online?

A. Electronic-EOBs remain accessible via the web for seven years.

Q. How should I inform you if my e-mail address has changed?

A. You should access your account by clicking the Account Login button, above. 
Step 1. Click Member.
Step 2. Click Account Login & log into your account
Step 3. Click on the “Account” tab.

Step 4. Choose “Contact Information” 

Q. Can I change my delivery status?

A. Yes, you can go from electronic to paper and back again as often as necessary.

Q. If I am currently paperless and want to return to paper, what should I do?

A. You should access your account by clicking the Account Login button, above.
Step 1. Click Member. 
Step 2. Click Account Login & log into your account
Step 3. Click on the “Account” tab. 
Step 4. Choose “Options” 
Step 5. Select Option "I want to continue to get EOBs by mail." Allow 2-3 weeks to begin receiving paper EOBs.

Q. I do not have a computer or access to the Internet, what do I do?

A. Call AultCare’s Customer Service at 330-363-6360 or 1-800-344-8858 and a representative will assist with changing your e-EOB options.

Q. What happens if I receive a notice that I have an undeliverable email address?

A. You will receive a letter from AultCare alerting you that your e-mail address is undeliverable and advising on what to do. We will be unable to resume sending e-mail notifications until your e-mail address has been updated.

Q. How often will I receive an e-mail notification?

A. Based on claim activity, you could receive one e-mail notice every two weeks.

Q. Can I stop receiving e-mail notifications?

A. Yes, You should access your account by clicking the Account Login button, above.

Step 1. Click Member. 
Step 2. Click Account Login & Login
Step 3. Click on the “Account” tab. 
Step 4. Choose “Contact Information” 
Step 5. Select Option “I don’t need an e-mail telling me when EOBs are posted on the website. I will just log on and view them when I have time.”

Q. My employer just announced we will no longer receive paper EOBs. What is next?

A. You will be notified when and how to establish an account on www.aultcare.com

Q. What happens if my company or I terminate coverage with AultCare?

A. Your password will be valid for a year after termination so your claim history may still be accessed.
