AultOne, the newest member of the AultCare family of health plans, offers protection for the unexpected, as well as your routine wellness visits. These plans offer the same high quality and exceptional service you expect from AultCare.

Choose from one of AultOne's four comprehensive plan options. With deductibles starting at $750, AultOne is sure to provide a plan to meet you or your family's needs.

You may tailor your plan to meet your needs by adding office visit co-pays, prescription drug coverage and maternity coverage to the plan design. Routine wellness visits are covered under all plan choices.

How to enroll:
Contact your Agent. AultOne is available only through authorized agents. For a listing of authorized agents in your area, click here. Your agent will be able to provide you with preliminary rates, before any medical underwriting has been complete.

Complete the Application. Once the application is complete, your agent will submit it to be medically underwritten. (No physical exam required. No occupations or health conditions are denied.) Once underwritten, your agent will provide you with final rates.

Submit Premium. Submit your application, a voided check, and one month prepayment to your agent. Your coverage will begin on this date. Your premium will be automatically deducted from your checking account on this day, each month. Subsequent Premium Payments must be made directly from checking account.
