Scheduled maintenance to the www.aultcare.com website is listed below. The website is unavailable during this time. Please use the Contact Us link to let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Regularly Scheduled Downtime AultCare IS maintains all servers associated with AultCare, Aultra, and Aultcomp. Patches are loaded during the third weekend of every month as needed. If a critical security patch is needed before the third weekend a notification is sent out to the users and the server(s) are updated after hours. Patches for the “CORE” server www.aultcaregateway.com and the database backend will be done between the hours of 12:00 AM Friday and 12:00 AM Saturday during the start of the normal scheduled maintenance weekend. Non-Routine Downtime If a critical security patch is needed before the third weekend, a notification is sent out to our providers/vendors via email and the server(s) are updated after hours. Notification Example: We will be doing maintenance on Thursday, March 1, 2007 and our servers will not be available from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Unscheduled/Emergency Downtime In the event of an emergency or unscheduled downtime, a notification will be sent out to our providers/vendors via email. Notification Example: Service has temporarily been disrupted to our web server. We are working diligently to correct this problem and will notify you when service has been restored. |
