HEDIS® 2010 Performance (Measurement Year 2009)

The Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) is a set of standardized health care performance measures. Prime Time Health Plan uses these measures to assess the care of our members and develop healthy initiatives based on the results.

Member Satisfaction Survey Results, 2009

Prime Time Health Plan takes great pride in the services we provide for our members. In order to assess member satisfaction with the many aspects of quality healthcare that we provide, Prime Time utilizes the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS ®) Survey. This survey was developed by the US Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).
