Electronic EOB FAQ

Q. If I have  dependents on my plan can I see their EOBs?
A. You will be able to view EOBs for yourself and dependents under the age of  18 living at the same address as you.

Q. Can each of my  dependents have their account to view their EOBs?
A. Yes, each member can have their account.

Q. What if I have a dependent that gets their EOB statements at  a different address?
A. If the dependent is at a different address  than you then you will not be able to see their EOBs online when logged in  under your account. Dependents with an alternate address can choose to receive their EOBs by mail at the alternate address, or they can create an account to see their  EOBs online.

Q. How long does an  EOB remain online?
A. EOBs remain accessible via the web for seven years.

Q. Can I change my preference  to receive my EOBs via paper or electronically?
A. Yes, you can choose to receive paper or electronic EOBs. To change your  preference, please contact us via our online contact form or call AultCare's™ Customer Service at 330-363-6360 or 1-800-344-8858 and a representative will  assist with changing your EOB delivery options. Q. How often will I  receive an e-mail notification for electronic EOBs?
A. Notices are sent out once every two weeks. You may or may not receive a  notice, depending on if you have had any recent claims activity.

Q. How should I inform  you if my e-mail address has changed?
A. To change your e-mail address, please  go to www.aultcare.com and follow these steps:

1.         Log in to your account.
2.         Click on the Account tab.
3.         Choose Contact  Information
4.         Update your email  address.
5.         Click save.

Q. Can I continue to  receive electronic EOBs but stop receiving e-mail notifications?
A. Yes, you can receive electronic EOBs but stop receiving the notifications.  To change your preference, please  contact us via our online contact form or call AultCare’s ™ Customer Service at 330-363-6360 or  1-800-344-8858 and a representative will assist with changing this option. Q. My employer just  announced we will no longer receive  paper EOBs. What is next?  
A. You will be notified when and how to  establish an account on www.aultcare.com

Q. What happens if my  company or I terminate coverage with AultCare?
A. Your password will be valid for a year after termination so your claim  history may still be accessed.
