Meet Stacee Remlinger RN CM/PHM
As a registered nurse, I feel that being a part in assisting others to actively engage and work together to make wellness a lifestyle choice and consistent health practice, is the greatest honor of all.
Wellness prevents illness. Creating good habits involves inventing measurable goals and incorporating them into our daily schedules. There is nothing more artistic than loving people and being an advocate for disease prevention through behavioral health and wellness practice.
You can...you should…and if you start…you WILL!

Meet Maranda Nowlin, LCC
Maranda Nowlin is a Licensed Clinical Counselor from Aultman Behavioral Health and Counseling Center. She shares: I am so excited to have the opportunity to be on-site at the Timken World Headquarters every Wednesday providing behavioral health services.
We all have mental health, but often do not make it a priority. We live in a world of constant stress coming at us from every direction: running from one task to the next, getting the kids ready, taking the dog out, going to work, going to the grocery store, taking the kids to practice, going to the gym, trying to make meals and feed ourselves and our family, trying to live up to and do all of the things we know we are “supposed” to do. All of this can add up to feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, comparing ourselves to others, and doing unhelpful things to make us feel better.
I believe that we are all impacted by anxiety or depression at some point in life. It might be the loss of a loved one, a transition in life, or stress at work or home. Counseling can help with all of this and so much more.
I am so excited that Timken is offering confidential counseling services as part of your associate wellbeing program. Counseling can be such an asset, but many of us are afraid to try it or don’t know where to start.
My passion is to help. It is also my priority to protect your confidentiality and anonymity.
